As you enter the second month of this beginner fitness program, you’ll continue with the same exercises from Month 1, but with increased reps to challenge your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness even further. With this progressive approach, you'll notice improvements in muscle tone, posture, and endurance, keeping your fitness journey exciting and rewarding. What's New This Month? Increased Reps: Each exercise has an added challenge with more repetitions, helping you push your limits and build on the foundation you established in Month 1. Enhanced Focus: As you become more familiar with the movements, you'll focus on refining your form and engaging your muscles more effectively to maximize your results. Reflect & Engage How are you feeling after the first month? Take a moment to check in with yourself. What changes are you noticing in your body, both physically and mentally? Track Your Journey: Use your Fearless Re'volution bullet journal to jot down your thoughts, progress, and any feedback you have about your experience. Reflecting on your journey helps solidify your commitment and keeps you motivated. Film Yourself: To ensure proper form and track your improvements, record yourself doing the exercises. This is a great way to see your progress over time. If you need feedback, feel free to submit your recordings to me—I’m here to help! Equipment Needed Yoga Mat & Foam Roller Chair: For balance and support. Pillow or Towel: For added support, if needed. Stay Connected I’m available via text or email Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Feel free to reach out with any questions or share your progress!
