    I am a certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Health Coach with years of training and experience. Additionally, I have over two decades of experience as a commercial and residential general manager, ensuring a holistic and grounded approach to my programs.
  • How long are the group classes or personal training sessions?
    Group classes, both in-person and online, range from 45-50 minutes. Personal training sessions last between 50 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Where are the training sessions conducted?
    Training sessions can be conducted at a private fitness studio, a small pristine gym, or the client's preferred location, such as their home or office. I am flexible with travel and can also accommodate sessions at various gyms, provided they allow external trainers. Clients are responsible for any additional fees per the gyms requirements.
  • What space requirements are there for online classes?
    A moderate amount of room is ideal. As long as you have space to stand and move on the floor without hitting anything, you're good to go. Hardwood floors or similar surfaces are preferable, but low-pile carpets work too.
  • What equipment is needed for online classes?
    Essentials include: Good lighting for clear visibility A sizable screen to view instructions without missing details Knee pads A mat Chair (for select classes) Water A positive attitude No prior dance experience is required

    Anyone above the age of 18 is welcome. Some classes emphasize Calisthenics or Body Weight exercises, so choose based on your comfort and goals.

    Yes, if the location is outside of Manhattan or above 125th street, there is a $25 per hour travel fee. Additionally, if the training is at a gym, the client is responsible for my gym membership and any associated fees.

    Given the challenges of the pandemic, including quarantine and its impact on mental and physical health, my programs have been adapted for both virtual and in-person sessions. They aim to address the current challenges faced by many, ensuring safety, engagement, and effective results.
